2007’s Most Important List

Well, 2nd most important I guess, since this is only for Japan at the moment. But we should see most if not all of these stateside this year too. So here’s Nintendo’s confirmed first party Wii lineup for 2007…

* DK Bongo Blast
* Wii Health Pack
* Disaster: Day of Crisis
* Mario Party 8
* Project H.A.M.M.E.R.
* Wii Music
* Super Mario Galaxy
* Super Smash Bros. Brawl
* Battalion Wars II
* Forever Blue
* Mario Strikers Charged
* Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
* Mario and Sonic at the Olympics

That’s an insane amount of awesomeness to come out of one game company in one year, lemme tell ya. And if you haven’t heard, Nintendo claims to have FORTY-FIVE games in development for Wii. And remember, that’s all JUST Nintendo, not counting third-party stuff. So yeah, I don’t think anyone will be questioning their Wii purchase come this fall. Hell, Super Smash Bros Brawl alone is almost worth $300 to me, lol.

  1. No Animal Crossing or Guitar Hero? *cries*

    Or are these just supposed to be games made in-house?

  2. I just said that, pay attention!

    In-house, which would mean 1st and 2nd party games. Animal Crossing is a 1st-party game, so sorry, no sign of it. But Guitar Hero III is still set to come out this Fall on Wii.
