I really wish I had something to post about, but I don’t. I’m having an extremely unproductive, rather boring summer. Sorry. But things will be picking up BIG TIME in about a month.
So, anyways, sorry for the boredom. It’s sad how pitiful E3 was this year. Enjoy the following editorial, which has really put my mind in gear about some things:
Escapist - To Hear Ourselves Review
E3 was both a pleasure and bore to follow, and we’ll be following it until it officially dies, since some treat it like the only conference around.
But if you really think of it possibly benefiting the game industry, more money to be put into the game, less crap would possibly come out. Would Red Steel have been a tad better if Ubisoft had spent more money on retail development instead of spending so much time prepping it for the Con. Beta tests benefit the developers more from LOTS more user feedback, and it’s just plain cheaper.
But honestly…that aircraft hanger looked like shit, just the bore aesthetics of the place made it less enjoyable.
Owell, what can you do except write a petition to possibly restore its glory. But how do you deal with a board of operators just wanting to line their own pockets?
